Girls Active

The Youth Sport Trust has sought to find ways to ensure that physical education (PE), sport and physical activity are relevant and motivating for girls throughout our history. Our company is currently dedicated to assisting schools realize just what motivates girls to participate, allowing instructor to work alongside girls – through consultation and leadership – to help make the necessary changes with their PE, sport and activity provision that is physical. In Scotland we partner with Sport Scotland to make this happen through Fit for females, whilst in other countries we utilize Youth Sport Trust Girls Active.
