She may not outright tell yo she is jealous, but she may ask alot of questions about that girl, like how you know her or how long you’ve known her. She might make jokes about this girl being your crush or girlfriend, which is just an attempt to get you to tell her if you like the girl or not. Of course, there is a point where jealousy may be a red flag, especially if she acts controlling.

If a girl allows you to see the side of her she doesn’t reveal to anyone else, consider it a huge sign of her affection. So how to know if a girl likes you when you’re spending a lot of time one on one? One of the most telling signs that adores you is when she starts mirroring your movements and behavior.

Her friends make an effort to leave the two of you alone

When a guy is talking to a girl that he likes, he would probably start sweating or struggling with words. It is different with girls. When a girl is talking to a guy that she likes, her voice becomes a little different. You will notice that her pitch will be a little higher. She might sound affectionate and maybe a little bit flirty.

This is actually true not only for romantic relationship, but also for all types of connection between people. When we admire someone, we instinctively try to look and behave like them. If you are taking a nice walk outside and come across some of her friends, you may notice the friends behaving weirdly around you.

When someone’s looking at a person they find attractive, their eyes dilate. Although other factors like lighting can affect the size of her pupils, if they dilate every time you have a conversation, it’s a sign a girl likes you. She’s probably hoping you’ll ask her to hang out on the sunny quad that afternoon.

To me, it means you’re wasting your time if you think she’s going to dump her boyfriend any time soon. If she was really interested in you, I think she’d be trying to catch up with you when her boyfriend wasn’t around. So I think she’s happy with the guy she’s with now and you should be considering finding a different girl. I had a crush on a friend from early childhood but I never actually voiced how I felt. We stayed friends for a long time but eventually grew apart.

This may seem simple, but if a girl likes you, being around you is likely to put her in a good mood. “I feel we smile more when we like a guy and we really try to keep a conversation going,” UNC sophomore Monica Mussack said. If she’s always smiling when you talk to her, and if she laughs at even your dumbest and pun-heavy jokes, that’s a sign.

Noticing several of these signs is clearly very helpful when you are trying to figure out if a girl likes you as more than just friends, but the picture grows ever clearer the more you see these things repeated. Bravest girls will use the possibility of coincidence in the crowd and run into you in a passionate crash as soon as they get an opportunity — in a café, at a party or at any place where to circulate a large number of people. The one who does not have so much courage, in any case, will always find anywhere near you and maybe you will find her whispering with her best friend while both were looking in your direction… In any case, if she likes you she will certainly just ‘pass’ by you multiple times during the evening, or try striking up a conversation, and its a really good sign.

What does this mean? Girls won’t just touch any guy unless she likes him. If you notice that your female friend does this to you, then take it as a sign that she’s interested in you more than just a friend.
